The row machine

I had a really nice 4th of July. I started my day off at Equinox with 30 minutes on the rowing machine. It’s my new cardio routine. I never realized the benefits of using a rowing machine regularly until now. It’s a full body workout. Your legs, back, arms and abs will reap the benefits as well as your heart and lungs.
