What’s the first article of clothing that determines if you’ve added inches or pounds for that matter…your jeans. I can always tell exactly where I’m at when I put on my favorite jeans. There’s nothing like realizing you can’t zip or button them up because your work out routine hasn’t been “tight”. So whenever I’m feeling my most fit I run out & buy a new pair of jeans…then I know I can only sport them if I keep my svelte figure. No measuring, no weighing, no counting calories just putting on my jeans is great motivation. The jeans never lie!
