Have you been saying I want to loose 10, 20 or 30 pounds. According to the CDC to lose weight and keep it off, Do track calories, exercise daily & plan meals in advance. Don’t count carbs, use weight-loss supplements or rely on meal replacement bars. Good old fashion exercise along with practicing moderation for breakfast, lunch & dinner is enough
