We’ve all heard of adding years to your life. How about adding life to your years with a vegetarian diet. A review of 6 studies in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that a nearly meatless diet may extend your life by as many as 3 ½ years. For the record I’m not a vegetarian but I do think it’s a great idea to go meatless a couple of days a week. Remember it’s about moderation.
