We come in all shapes & sizes. I am not saying everyone should have her svelte figure. However fitness should be important to you no matter what size you are. It’s part of your health. I wanted to share this BMI calculator with you.

BMI (Body Mass Index) Categories:  

  • Underweight = <18.5
  • Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
  • Overweight = 25-29.9
  • Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
