Hot & Sexy Money Manifesting Affirmations

WATCH YOUR WORDS!

Are there certain words in your vocabulary that may be preventing you from being all you can be? Do you catch yourself saying, “I’ll try,” instead of “I am”?

TRYING IS NOT DOING.

Ladies – you must toss out the word “try.” It doesn’t make for good self-talk. Please put the word “try” on your “don’t” list.

When you talk to someone about an action you are about to take, instead of using the word “try” to describe that action, ask yourself if this new endeavor is something you really want to do, if you have a real intention of doing it, or if you even believe it’s possible. Affirmations allow you to set a clear intention by using words that evoke positive thoughts, pictures and feelings within you.

I absolutely love affirmations. In fact, I started implementing affirmations several years ago. They’ve changed my life. I won’t go a day without them. Affirmations aren’t all created equal. Some are naturally better than others. When you examine the structure of these power affirmations, you, too, can learn how to attract more beauty, wealth & success into your life.

So, you want to attract more money. Everyone talks about the “law of attraction,” but the law of attraction only works when your mind, words, feelings and actions are congruent. I see so many ladies speaking negatively without realizing the damaging consequences of their words. You must always remember that what you put out the universe will return to you.

Beauty & The Beach

I live across the street from the beach. If you happen to live near the water it makes for a healthy lifestyle. You can ride your bike, roller blade or run to stay fit so you’re always bikini ready. However one thing you must never, ever, ever do is leave home without Sunscreen.

Several years ago I went to Maui & had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Wailea Resort & Spa. After frockling on the beach & hanging out by the pool (remember I don’t swim) for a week in my bikini I returned to California with tan lines. Have you heard of such a thing. Yes even me. I obviously didn’t have enough sun protection. I’ve always been good at applying to the face but I now lotion up with sunscreen from head to toe. As beautiful as the sun is we’ve all heard about screening up before we soak it in. So I wanted to give you the 411 on Sunscreen.

· The sun’s ultraviolet rays (UVR) produces Free Radicals & is the cause of most skin cancers, many cataracts and 90% of visible aging. It’s also the #1 Culprit for speeding up the clock.

· UVR is divided into 3 different bands: UVA, UVB, UVC. Virtually all of UVC is filtered out by our atmosphere so that none actually reaches the earth’s surface. UVB and UVA both reach the earth in significant amounts.

· UVB is “stronger” than UVA having a greater ability to cause skin damage. There is , however, about 100 times as much as UVA as UVB so that, despite being weaker, UVA is still dangerous.

Ultra Violet Rays are the strongest between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. If you are outside during those times you should have a minimum of at least an SPF 15.

If you apply an SPF 15 sunscreen, you’ll be protected for about 300 minutes, or five hours (SPF 15 x 10 minutes = 300 minutes). A person with fair skin who burns in 10 minutes would be protected for only about two-and-a-half-hours with SPF 15 (SPF 15 x 10 minutes = 300 minutes). If you have fair skin or spend an enormous amount of time in the sun you can use sunscreen with SPF numbers higher than 15.

To get the most protection from your sunscreen, apply it liberally at least 30 minutes before going outside and remember to re-apply it after swimming or perspiring heavily. Wearing sunscreen & spending moderate time in the sun is the key to beautiful skin.

You can go to the beach & maintain your beauty too!

The High Life

If you want to experience more highs in your life, charge what you’re worth. Chances are, you’re undercharging, and you’ve made excuses for why you’re doing so, because you’re feeling insecure, uncertain that people will buy and don’t believe 100% that what you have is worth the investment.

What to charge & how to ask for what you charge is a huge dilemma for creatively inclined female entrepreneurs, and it will determine whether you become wildly profitable or just struggle to get by. After all, if you don’t value what you do, who else will?

Are you discounting your products and services all the time?
Do you dread hearing, “So what do you charge?”
Do you feel that lower dollar amounts will attract more buyers?

6 words you should memorize. How would you like to pay? When would you like to start? When I coach women about increasing their net worth. It truly starts with self-worth. Pricing can be a scary situation for a lot of women, because it’s tied up in so much emotion and tension that often has nothing to do with business basics or the services they’re providing. Instead it tends to be centered on self-image rather than the value they provide to others.

So if you’re exhausted, overwhelmed…and stuck at an income level that isn’t working for you financially. Think “high” instead of “low”.

I have struggled with this very topic myself. It wasn’t until I exhausted myself before I realized that what I was delivering far exceeded the price point. I raised my rates FOUR TIMES this year!

Was it scary? Absolutely, but it goes back to value. As I begin to value myself more the appropriate clients showed up that also valued my services as well.
Another thing that I struggled with is feeling like I needed more training to justify my increase when in actuality I already had an arsenal of information that my clients received remarkable results from.

Most of us are life-long learners, which mean you’ll never stop gaining new knowledge, wisdom, and experience. Waiting until you “know more” is not sexy; if you’re consistently developing yourself you’re in the market for an increase.

Why are we afraid to ask?

Oh, the drama! I see this happening a lot. When it comes down to asking for the offer it goes south. Why? In my personal experience (and the experience of my clients), pushing past certain price barriers is a huge mental effort. It forces you to have to deal with some pretty significant emotional baggage.

Valuing yourself and your offerings more than you have before
A genuine belief that you can get people to pay you more
Standing by what you offer with conviction that you can deliver

If you wish to increase your offer it starts with mastering your mind. And I want you to think about that. Because until you handle that, you won’t be able to take action on getting high-end clients.

Push past thinking about why you can’t sell high-end products and services, and start to think of all the reasons customers would graciously want to buy from you.
Put your imagination to good use. Picture yourself talking to the client, answering all of their objections with ease, asking for the offer and them eagerly accepting. Now imagine how much you’re going to change your client’s life.

Remember you’re charging more, because what you deliver is worth it!

Tough Cookie

It’s time to find your Fierce and Fearless voice! If you’ve ever been called a “smart cookie” or a “tough cookie”. It means you’re sweet & will stand up for yourself any day of the week. Yet speaking up and having a voice doesn’t mean we use it well.

What is it that you want right now? I’d like you to write it down. Think about it. If this is something that you really want.  Please tell me why aren’t you going after it? Are you feeling weak? Are you feeling like you’re not equipped to bring it to fruition? What is holding you back?

I was once described as a “tough (chocolate chip) cookie”. The irony about that is I don’t particularly care for chocolate chip cookies. In fact my favorites are peanut butter, oatmeal & lemon cookies.

You see sometimes women hear the word tough & they immediately think it will diminish their femininity. When in fact it’s the complete opposite. When you are tough, you are 100% unequivocally standing in your feminine power.

Speak your mind.

I see so many women who are afraid to stand up for themselves. Yes “Worrying About What Other People Think Syndrome” is on the rise. We have been taught to be strong and overcome our fear of asking for what we want. It’s time to put it to good use.

I think it’s important to be outspoken & develop your communication skills so you are taken seriously & still get the results you want.

If “smart cookie” or a “tough cookie” is resonating with you. Congratulations! You are brave and chances are go through problems in your life easily, you can stand up for yourself, and you are not a pushover.

If you’ve never been called a “tough cookie” it might be time to align with the characteristics of one so you can be  more secure with who you are, develop your own identity & refuse to be treated like a subordinate.

“Tough cookies” have spent years developing a strong character; they don’t complain and work diligently to overcome obstacles. It doesn’t have to take you years but if you commit you’ll find yourself reaping the benefits of your new characteristics a lot sooner.

If you are holding back right now, playing small, being soft or taking baby steps. Make your move BEFORE you are ready. Make the decision to be the woman who is determined to do what they want and know that you will succeed even in difficult situations. Life will be a lot sweeter!

The G-L-A-M-O-R-O-U-S Life

Once upon a time there was a song, The Glamorous Life by Sheila E.? I loved that song. It’s probably one of the reasons glamour is instilled in my brain. So what does it take to live a glamorous life?  The lyrics resonate with me “she’s got a lot on her mind, big thoughts & big dreams”. Sounds like most of the women I know but I think it’s important to take those big thoughts and big dreams and bring them to fruition. You should be focused like a bullet in flight to make your dreams come true.  The bullet analogy might sound scary but when you’re not focused you live your life like a damsel in distress. How daunting is that?

It’s time to live exceptionally well. Demand quality without compromise. You were designed to master life in its every phase. You don’t have to compromise, settle for less, or believe you can&rsq uo;t have it all. The word compromise is not sexy & frankly pretty ugly if it’s a standard you’ve set in your life. No more! Go after what you want & believe you can get it!

The Lifestyle of The Rich & Famous is something most of us have envied. However, envy can be a force for good-if you allow it to further propel you to pursue your goals aggressively. Who hasn’t pondered champagne wishes & caviar dreams? Okay maybe not caviar but opulence & luxury is captivating & if it wasn’t it wouldn’t be a hot topic. So instead of glaring at someone else’s life. It’s time to rock your own red carpet.

The Velvet Rope Test

What you bring into your life should be worthy of a standing ovation. If it’s not it might be time to reassess your core values. Only the best of the best should past the red velvet rope test. Imagine more beauty, luxury & glam our in your life. It’s not as farfetched as you might think. It’s a lifestyle you create & it starts with making a decision as fast as a New York Minute. Brings me back to the song by The Eagles “In a New York minute Everything can change”. You have the power to alter what’s in your life right now that’s not pleasing to the eye.

You might say well I’m not into the glitz & the glam. The word glamorous is subjective just like the word beauty. What’s glamorous to me may not be glamorous to you but we both have dreams of a certain lifestyle whether it’s to not have to worry about money & buy what you want, to be able to enjoy fine dining or gourmet meals, to have a eco-friendly home, a career where you profit from your passion, donate to your favorite charity, traveling to exotic locations, surrounding yourself with great friends/forward thinkers , to wake up every day in an environment that uplifts and inspires you. Aspire to live on a grand scale on your own terms. That’s glamorous!

Free Your Mind, Get Clear & Live Free

Beauty is a mindset & the foundation to make your world magnificent. Be bold & be you. If you’ve ever uttered its impossible remember the impossible is possible.  It’s not a far cry if you tap into your true potential. You have more potential within you than you can use in 100 lifetimes & the more you use the more is revealed to you. It starts with stretching yourself & cultivating that which is in you. When you do you can go after everything you want & if it happens to be a Mercedes Benz, a House on the beach or a shopping spree on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills so be it.

You can lead the Glamorous Life without a man’s touch. You’re probably a girl that has a l ot o n your mind with no time for boys with small talk and small minds. I love that song!

The Beauty Of Structure

Mother Nature is the most beautiful thing on the planet but think about its structure. The sun rises & sets every day. The moon comes out & goes away. The seasons change every year. The sky is always blue. If only we could have the same structure in our own lives.

Do you think you could benefit from a structured lifestyle?

Do you think having your life in order would increase the quality of your life?

Do you think you would get more done if you knew exactly what to do?

The first step to bringing back the structure is having a clear & concise plan. So many times I see female entrepreneurs that lack a plan or direction. If you don’t know where you’re going, how can you navigate to get there? This creates confusion & frustration. It’s important to decide what it is that you want & follow up with action steps which are the second step to structured living. You’ve heard the saying; don’t put off tomorrow what you can do today. Get to moving so you can move forward in your life & business.

Take action to move forward. Here’s a bit of advice. Write out your “To Do List” the night before with 5 action steps you can take in the direction of your desired goal. In the morning design your day around accomplishing those tasks. You might be inclined to procrastinate. Let’s face it, there are things you like to do and things you have to do. No matter how much you try to ignore them, the things you have to do are always there waiting for you. Probably the biggest roadblock to having a structured lifestyle is procrastination. When you are more structured you work to get what’s in your best interest done. You understand that putting off projects & letting them pile up will never serve you. You understand the value of being congruent & in alignment.

Tic Toc Check The Clock

Look at the clock right now & think about how much you’ve done in the last hour or better yet think about what you should have done. If you’re running here, running there, running everywhere… and are still frazzled because you have nothing to show for it. It’s time to look at how you’re using your time. In order to have a more structured life you have to manage your time. This is critical for your personal & professional life as well as your health.

Time waits for no one. How well you use your time is up to you.  If your day is filled with unproductive tasks or income earning activities it’s totally your choice.  When you take control of how you spend your time you can achieve your goals and live in bliss. So, the third way to add structure to your life is being more efficient with your time. Furthermore, there’s a good feeling at the end of the day when you’ve accomplished those things you’ve set out to do.  You are more fulfilled because you have honored your commitments & have a clear direction to further propel yourself.

Structure applies to all areas of your life. There are 7 key areas that require attention so you can live a more structured life. When all of these areas are balanced you will feel more efficient & get a lot more done.

  • Career
  • Family
  • Social Life
  • Health/Nutrition
  • Physical Fitness
  • Recreation
  • Sleep/Relaxation/Rest

Every one of these is important, so you must prioritize how much time to spend in each area & how to best utilize the 24 hours in your day.  Time for work, time for play, time to eat, time to exercise, time to relax, family time, time for extracurricular activities…Structure is not meant to be boring but bringing back order to your life will only lead to more excitement. I can guarantee you that!

I was once described as a Drill Sergeant on the inside, Barbie on the outside. I find that quite funny actually but I must admit my life is pretty structured.  Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t run my camp like the military but every day that I wake up it’s clear as day what I’m supposed to do and majority of time I’m pretty much on track & everything is happening on target.  I move fluidly with structure. I know what I want in life and I’m not easi ly influenced in any way by anything that will detract me from my goals.

If you want to live a more beautiful life add some structure!

Purses

Did you know your purse is where you carry your wealth and financial power? Your purse is a collector of things – and sometimes those things are drop dead ugly. According to recent studies, a woman’s purse ranks as one of the top ten “germ infested” items we come in contact with on a regular basis. Definitely doesn’t sound pretty.

So I’d like to you to look in your purse right now.  Be honest, is your purse a symbol of wealth or is it a danger to your health?

The purse is an essential part of your outfit; It’s an indispensable tool and can make all the difference in how you look and one of the most coveted accessories you can own.

Your purse is multi-faceted, a valuable fashion asset that allows you to carry important things like business cards, lipstick, hand cream, breath mints, a saf ety pin, or your journal. Not to mention your wallet, keys, tissue, makeup, a cell phone and so forth in a stylish manner. If you need to fix your makeup, you will dig in your purse. If you need to call someone suddenly, you will pull your cell phone out of your purse. Can you imagine life without the purse? It would be a huge hassle to have to carry all of those things individually. And you think you’re unorganized now.

Interestingly, for women, your purse is a reflection of you, a symbol of where you’re at in your life. An attractive, organized purse screams you feel great about yourself & your life is running smoothly.  When your purse is a mess and you can’t find anything, you feel lost and your life can reflect that scattered state as well.

Everything occurring in your EXTERNAL life is a result, symptom, or reflection of what’s inside your purse right now. Sounds crazy I know but think ab out it & answer this second question.

Are you carrying your problems in your purse?

I would ponder there are things that aren’t serving you right now in your life & its showing up in your purse (drop dead ugly stuff). So, if you’re currently having challenges right now in your personal or professional life.  Look inside your purse to cleanse your mind, lift your spirit and replenish your soul.

Take Inventory

  • What are you holding on to that you need to release?
  • What is stuck at the bottom of your purse from your past that will not serve you today and certainly not tomorrow?
  • What’s robbing your energy that you need to say good-bye to?

Dig deep inside & clean it out ASAP.

The most common things that women carry around are Indecision, Doubt & Fear. Yes its shows up in your purse; old wrappers, wrinkled receipts, a bill that you refuse to pay, a reminder of a past lover, food wrappers, crumbs & even change stuck at the bottom. If you can’t appreciate 50 Cents how do you expect the universe to bring you $500,000? Organize Your purse, Organize your life!

Toss Out… Throw Away…Tear Up

This process will free you & allow you to make room for more good to come into your life.  Let’s face it. Many of us choose to hang on to things that at some point have hurt us, angered us, made us feel sad, or depressed us. If you choose to hang on to them, you will never move forward & continue to block positive energy that’s anxiously awaiting your arrival.

Remember, we’re either shrinking or evolving. Don’t let your purse drag you down. It’s a Fashion accessory for heaven’s sake. Stop carrying the emotional garbage that can adversely affect your life today.  It’s not in season & the purse wasn’t designed for it. Every time you carry your purse it should evoke a feeling of beauty, wealth & success. I believe that sometimes we fail to let go because we feel like we will lose a piece of ourselves or that we will not know how to function without the very thing that’s not serving us.

Carry your purse with pride. You will feel more confident when you let of go of your problems.  If you are ready to stop carrying your problems in your purse & use your purse as a power source here are 3 steps that can increase your self-worth as well as your net-worth.

3 Steps To Purse Power

  1. Beautiful Inside/out- Keep it clean. Resist the temptation to throw food wrappers, bits of paper or used tissues into your purse. What does it say when you carry trash in the same place as your money?
  2. Higher Love- A Feng Shui Expert told me to never put my purse on the floor. Elevate your purse everywhere you go- restroom, restaurants, in the office or in your home.
  3. Wealth & Wallets – Create positive energy around money & bring more beauty into your life via your purse. Buy a wallet that helps you stay organized with your money. Your money should be easily arranged, not rammed into a wad, and your credit cards should be easily accessible. Carry a $100 bill & a deposit slip, set the intention that you will keep it there. This will help you prepare for financial surprises.

Show some purse love inside/out! O
